I've had a bad back for over 20 years, it wasn't the idea of going
to Doctors or Chiropractors that bothered me, it was the everyday
pain that I lived with that I didn't care for. And over that time
I've always read articles on how to help it, crunches, sit ups, stretching,
etc. etc. I would still have the low back pain. I came across an article
in a Prevention magazine "January 04" they had a short story from
a university study that far outperformed the traditional crunch, in
strengthening the abdominal muscles that not only keep you looking
toned but also support your back.
The article referred to a bicycle motion in the air, but I found that
was a hard exercise for me. So I modified it to make it easier and
fast, because I don't have a lot of time in the mornings or during
the day. I call it the "Miracle Exercise" because it not only reduced
my waste line, but more importantly reduced my personal back pain
by 90% within a year, my quality of life has greatly improved in that
I can pick up my 7 year old easier today, than when she was 2. And
it's so much easier for me getting out of the bed in the mornings
without the back pain.
To do this exercise you will have to devote 1 minute of your day.
The time of day that you do this exercise is just as important as
doing the exercise itself; you should do the "M E" within the first
5 minutes of waking up, if you want to do more during the day that's
great, but make sure you do the first set upon waking up.
CHECK WITH YOUR DOCTOR BEFORE STARTING ANY EXERCISE PROGRAM.

You start
the "M E" by lying on your back with hands clasped behind your
head. |

Then raise
your knees to a 90 degree angle,...That's It. |
To test yourself on how weak your abdominal muscles are, try to do
50 "M E" the first time, more than likely you can do 20-30 the first
time, so start with 20 per day the first week and add 5 more each
week until you are up to 50 "M E" each day. I do the "M E" on the
average 9 out of 10 days. It's not that hard and takes very little
effort for the great benefits you will feel over time. Again make
sure you do them within the first 5 minutes of waking up.

looked for an exercise machine to mimic the Miracle Exercise
and found none, so I came up with the idea of the NinetyCycle.
It accelerated the process of firming my calf's, thigh's, hip's
and weight loss. Here is the prototype and my before and after
photos are at the top of this page. It is designed to lay on
the floor. I would make it to handle heavier weights of up to
at lease 500 pounds, I know that would help a lot of people
who can't use other machines. |

This
is the best I've felt in 25 years, I know everybody is different,
but do the Miracle Exercise consistently, and if it helps you feel
better after 30, 60, 90, etc. days, then come back and help me,
wouldn't it be worth the amount of any Clinic's visit. There is
no magic pill, but now you know how to best fix your back the natural
way.
